The singer simply cannot compare to how others scream. Really it boils down to the vocals though, I think they are WEAK. And I mean, music that goes chugga chugga doesn't do that much for me. I think that the style of hardcore/metalcore with these vocals hasn't aged too well, at least for me. Be it rhythm, melody, or groove or whatever, I think I can appreciate music for it. As a musician, I think I can at least judge musical complexity, and feel. I think every genre has some good stuff in it, and I try to seek it out.
