In his Eldritch Form, The One Who Waits is even bigger, and his face is opened like a starfish, revealing not only his muscles but additional eyes in the skin flaps. He's the Deity of Death and was once the fifth Bishop of the Old Faith before betraying his siblings. Towards the end of the game, however, he reveals his true colors and betrays the Lamb.
